About the Role
As a Mechanical Engineer (PE), you will lead complex HVAC and plumbing design projects with a strong emphasis on client-facing leadership and professional growth. You will manage multiple projects, budgets, and schedules simultaneously, ensuring seamless coordination with architects, engineers, and clients. Beyond technical design, you will mentor junior engineers and design staff, preparing construction documents, calculations, and technical reports while ensuring strict compliance with mechanical, energy, and plumbing codes. Additionally, you will support and drive business development through proposal preparation and active client engagement.
