Key Responsibilities
- check_circlePerform production and customer service functions to maximize sales and profits
- check_circleMake recommendations regarding hiring, firing, disciplining, and evaluating associates
- check_circlePlan, organize, train, and direct Meat department associates
- check_circleProvide input on department budgets, goals, and results
- check_circleMaintain accurate department temperature logs and ensure compliance with safety standards
- check_circleImplement company programs and maintain a harassment-free work environment
- check_circleManage customer relations, handle complaints, and assist with store security
- check_circleTrain and develop employees on customer courtesy, productivity, and technical skills
- check_circleSupervise and coach direct reports, including completing performance reviews
- check_circleDirect pricing, displaying, and rotation of merchandise while maintaining quality
Requirements
- verifiedWilling to work weekends and holidays
