About the Clinic
PCHC is expanding its clinic to better support the needs of both providers and patients. We are dedicated to delivering comprehensive medical care across the entire life cycle, from infants to geriatric patients, in alignment with our core philosophy and policies.
About the Role
We are seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible MD or Nurse Practitioner in Family Practice, Pediatrics, or Internal Medicine to join our team. In this role, you will provide high-quality ambulatory care, performing physical examinations, treating illnesses and injuries, and addressing preventive health needs. Your day-to-day will involve making appropriate referrals to specialists and emergency facilities when clinical judgment dictates, ensuring patients receive the right level of care at the right time.
Beyond direct patient care, you will play a key role in maintaining our standards of quality. This includes participating in medical audits, performance improvement initiatives, peer reviews, and relevant PCHC committees. You may also be called upon to provide in-service training sessions for other staff members. Depending on specific PCHC requirements, you may also hold hospital privileges, which could involve taking hospital call and performing outpatient or inpatient duties for non-PCHC patients in accordance with hospital bylaws.

Requirements
