About the Role
This opening offers a unique opportunity to join a dynamic, high-acuity environment at Swedish Medical Center-First Hill in Seattle. You will manage a diverse caseload in a state-of-the-art facility serving a regional referral base that spans the Pacific Northwest and southern Alaska. The role involves providing expert care in prenatal diagnosis, ultrasound, and genetics, while managing complex cases in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
You will work within a collaborative care team supported by MFM ARNPs, 24/7 OB hospitalist and nocturnist coverage, and a 70+ bed NICU and PICU. Beyond clinical duties, you will have the chance to shape the future of the field by educating OB/GYN residents and contributing to impactful clinical research through Pediatrix-sponsored trials and local academic partnerships.
Work-Life Balance
This position features a 4-day work week with just 18-19 workdays per month. The schedule includes home call at Swedish-First Hill with robust support, requiring only 3-4 calls per month and 10 weekend calls per year.
