About the Role
We are searching for a Material Handler to be based out of Milford, UT. Reporting to the Shift Supervisor, this role is essential to ensuring the quality and flow of our finished pipe products. You will be responsible for properly stacking finished goods and performing critical quality checks. After completing your training, you will safely operate a forklift to weigh and transport finished product, ensuring it is packaged into proper crate quantities.
This position is designed for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will be expected to measure product dimensions using various instruments to verify conformance to specifications. Additionally, as a Material Handler III, you will play a mentorship role by performing on-the-job training for Levels 1 and 2 handlers.
Your First 90 Days
Within the first three months, you will complete all required training and develop strong relationships with key stakeholders. You will become well-versed in Atkore's Business System and gain a deep understanding of how your specific role contributes to daily operations.
