You will join a stable, operations-focused environment where your reliability and attention to detail directly contribute to the success of the team. As a Material Handler, you will support daily operations by accurately fulfilling materials, parts, supplies, and equipment to meet internal demand. This role focuses on packing and checking goods against daily requirements, maintaining accurate records, and identifying unsatisfactory materials to ensure quality and efficiency in a warehouse and manufacturing setting.
You will work with supportive colleagues who provide clear direction, offering opportunities to build hands-on experience in material handling, inventory control, and shipping and receiving. The environment is fast-paced, requiring you to handle various materials and parts while using basic computer tools to support documentation and communication.
This fully onsite position is based in Rancho Bernardo, CA, within a warehouse and manufacturing environment. You will work a first-shift schedule from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., providing predictable daytime hours. The dress code is manufacturing casual, suitable for a hands-on, operational setting where you will work around production areas.
