About the Role

Northrop Grumman's Space Sector is seeking a Master Manufacturing Technician (2nd Shift - Level 4) to join our team in Chandler, AZ. This position is fully on-site and operates on a 9/80 schedule, with every other Friday off.

As a highly skilled nonexempt role, you will be deployed across multiple programs, performing a variety of duties including fastening, assembly, and assisting engineers in the development of engineering designs, tests, fabrications, modifications, assemblies, and components. You will draft detailed drawings for fabrication, devise and assemble new or modified mechanical components, and set up and test complete prototype units and subassemblies under operational conditions. Additionally, you will analyze data and recommend modifications to components or test procedures to meet desired specifications.

This role requires the ability to perform multiple duties, such as those of a mechanical, harness, electronic, flight test, or general technician. You will be expected to mentor and train peers, share knowledge effectively, and maintain strong communication skills. You must be flexible for potential travel opportunities and possess the necessary clearances to perform rework tasks.
