About the Role
Located at Napleton's Lexus of Maplewood, the Automotive Master Technician plays a pivotal role in building customer loyalty by developing trust and ensuring confidence in the Napleton brand. This position is responsible for vehicle repair and maintenance as assigned, strictly adhering to dealer and factory standards. The Master Technician will effectively diagnose vehicles to resolve malfunctions, communicating technical details clearly to both non-mechanical employees and customers. Success in this role requires maintaining an organized work area and staying current with factory technical bulletins and training.
