About the Role

As a Master Electrician at our Warroad, MN facility, you will be the backbone of our operations, supporting our facilities, systems, and equipment. This role is designed for those who value steady work within a high-energy team that truly values their time. You will manage projects while maintaining hands-on experience, ensuring preventive maintenance is performed and consulting on new and existing equipment. Your expertise will be crucial in navigating electrical code requirements and resolving issues as they arise.

You will work Monday through Friday, with occasional after-hours and weekend on-call duties when necessary. You will enjoy a clean, safe, and temperature-controlled environment, supported by a team that provides everything you need to succeed, from hands-on training to your tools. This position offers a unique blend of technical challenge and collaborative problem-solving, requiring you to troubleshoot complex systems and provide alternative solutions with enthusiasm.
