About the Role
The Marketing Specialist – PR & Events is the local face of our brand in the San Antonio market. This role exists to strengthen brand awareness and engagement through the strategic execution of public relations and event initiatives. You will serve as a vital partner to the Senior Manager – Communications & Events, ensuring consistent messaging and seamless execution across all customer-facing and internal activities.
In this position, you will be the bridge between JCB and the local community. Your day will involve building relationships with local media, coordinating product demonstrations and customer appreciation events, and managing the logistics that bring these experiences to life. Whether you are drafting press releases, tracking media coverage, or collaborating with HR on recruiting events, your work ensures that JCB's reputation for quality and reliability is communicated effectively.
