FocusKPI is seeking a Marketing Operations Analyst to join a high-tech SaaS client. This role sits within the Marketing Operations & Technology team, serving as a bridge between complex data infrastructure and strategic marketing initiatives.
As a hands-on technical partner, you will drive the client's data strategy by ensuring governance, consistency, and compliance across systems. The role is designed for someone who thrives in ambiguity, works autonomously with large datasets, and brings structure to complex problems. You will be responsible for writing complex SQL to access warehouse data and building audiences through the Customer Data Platform (CDP). The ideal candidate is innately curious, passionate about deriving value from disparate data sources, and motivated to deepen their expertise in the modern data stack.
This position requires a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation in data processes. You will collaborate cross-functionally with IT, engineering, and marketing stakeholders to gather evolving requirements, design effective solutions, and clearly communicate the nuances of deliverables to ensure alignment and actionable outcomes.
