FocusKPI is partnering with a high-tech SaaS company to find a Marketing Operations Analyst for their Marketing Operations & Technology team. This role is designed to share and execute the client's marketing data strategy, bridging the gap between complex data infrastructure and strategic marketing initiatives.
The position is a hands-on technical role ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity and works autonomously with large data sets. You will bring structure to complex problems by writing complex SQL to access data in the warehouse and building audiences through the customer data platform (CDP). The ideal candidate is innately curious, passionate about deriving value from disparate data sets, and motivated to improve their skillset around the modern data stack.
Key aspects of the day-to-day include ensuring compliance with privacy regulations such as GDPR and CCPA, collaborating with cross-functional teams like IT and engineering to integrate data sources, and designing analyses that provide actionable insights to stakeholders. You will work closely with marketing stakeholders to gather evolving requirements and clearly communicate the nuances of deliverables to ensure alignment.
