The Marketing Manager serves as a strategic partner in advancing Catholic Charities' mission, vision, and strategic initiatives. This role oversees all promotional content, from creation and design to production, while managing the organization's website and social media platforms. Under the direction of the Director of Development and Marketing, you will coordinate public relations and communication efforts related to programs, fundraising, and events.
In this position, you will engage with stakeholders and communities to promote the organization, increase brand awareness, and effectively communicate its impact. You will act as an ambassador for the agency, fostering meaningful connections with program leadership, community partners, parishes, donors, volunteers, and media outlets. Success in this role requires a deep commitment to Catholic Social Teaching and the ability to demonstrate the agency's philosophy and values in all public forums.
Candidates must be able to pass a criminal background screening, including a Child and Dependent Adult Abuse registry check. Compliance with Safe Environment training and monthly bulletins is required. A valid driver's license and successful Motor Vehicle Record check are necessary, as limited travel to service area sites and overnight travel for continuing education may be required.
