We are seeking a Marketing and Communications Leader who is adept at both strategic leadership and hands-on execution. This role is pivotal in establishing Canopy's market positioning and expanding our reach. You will serve as the primary architect for our brand identity, voice, and visual standards, ensuring consistency as we introduce new products and services to the market.
In this position, you will own the integrated digital marketing strategy, spanning our website, email, SEO/SEM, and social media channels. Your day-to-day will involve collaborating with subject matter experts to craft compelling, audience-specific messaging that drives lead generation and brand awareness. You will also lead internal communications initiatives, including the development of an internal podcast, to align leadership and company teams. As the primary liaison for external partners, you will manage relationships with advertisers, PR contacts, and agencies to amplify our network and strengthen our market position.

Track record of successful partnerships and co-marketing initiatives. Experience building marketing functions in growth-stage companies. Understanding of science-informed practices in agriculture/sustainability. Basic graphic design proficiency (Adobe Creative Suite, Google Workspace).
