The Marketing Manager plays a critical part in defining Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and driving high-quality leads and pipeline growth in support of Array's business objectives. This role partners closely with sales to execute account-based marketing (ABM) programs and supports competitive displacement and growth initiatives. You will own end-to-end campaign strategy and execution across digital, outbound, and event-based channels, translating market insights, buyer needs, and performance data into impactful, results-driven programs. Success in this position requires close collaboration with sales, account management, and marketing operations to ensure alignment, consistency, and measurable impact.
