Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing and Sales, the Marketing Manager serves as the strategic architect for the Fairplex and the Los Angeles County Fair. This role is dedicated to driving attendance growth, enhancing brand awareness, and ensuring the sustainable competitive advantage of the organization through comprehensive marketing, brand development, and market intelligence.
The position acts as the central hub for all marketing execution, overseeing the management of the comprehensive marketing budget and directing trade, consumer, and paid social media programs. The Marketing Manager cultivates vital relationships with diverse community organizations to reflect the market's demographics while providing essential marketing support to all Fairplex business units and strategic partners. From managing external agencies to designing digital initiatives for Fairplex websites and self-produced events, this role ensures that every campaign reinforces the corporate brand identity and aligns with overarching business goals.
