This position serves as a vital support pillar for the marketing department and its assigned business lines. The primary mission is to drive Club revenues by executing tactical strategies focused on member acquisition, retention, loyalty, and cross-selling of AAA products.
The role functions as a central hub connecting various marketing functions. You will manage the financial backbone of marketing initiatives through billing, including purchase order creation, check requests, and invoice reconciliation across all business lines. Beyond finance, you will act as a bridge between marketing strategy and creative execution, interfacing with Graphic Design on collateral development, creative adjustments, and proofreading.
Your day-to-day involves a diverse mix of operational and creative tasks. You will assist in crafting marketing copy, coordinating email content, and maintaining social media channels. The role also requires hands-on management of point-of-sale materials, product pricing, and promotional programs. Additionally, you will support event coordination, participate in direct mail audits, and maintain the overarching marketing calendar.
