About the Role
This position is designed for a passionate individual ready to make a difference in adolescent lives. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will work under the direction of the Director of Marketing and Development to support our overall marketing objectives. Your primary focus will be independently developing and implementing strategies to optimize the lead generation process, manage the referral pipeline, and design campaigns that effectively nurture prospective clients.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch initiatives, analyze performance, and enhance referral pathways to maximize organizational growth. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building strong relationships with external partners and stakeholders to ensure a continuous, high-quality stream of leads. You will be the bridge between our mission of saving families and the data-driven strategies that bring them to our doors.
