About the Role
We are seeking a Marketing and Communications Assistant to join a well-known client's team in a fully remote, temporary capacity. While you will sit within the Marketing & Communications function, your primary mission is to serve as the strategic backbone for the sales team. You will act as the bridge between vague, high-pressure requests and polished, compelling deliverables that empower sales professionals to succeed with their clients.
In this role, you will transform half-finished ideas and last-minute briefs into clean, professional materials. You will be the go-to contact for the sales team, managing the full lifecycle of sales collateral—from initial request and brief sessions to final approval and filing. Your day-to-day involves building sharp PowerPoint decks, assembling materials in Canva, and coordinating with external creative suppliers to ensure brand consistency and speed. This is a high-autonomy position where you will attend sales meetings and drive projects independently, requiring you to remain organized and calm even when priorities shift rapidly.
