About the Role
This opportunity is designed for motivated High School students entering their junior or senior year who are participating in the Wisconsin Youth Apprenticeship Program through the Department of Workforce Development. As a Manufacturing Youth Apprentice, you will roll up your sleeves to learn how things are made in a fast-paced industry.
You will gain real-world experience by assisting skilled technicians and shadowing experienced professionals. This role offers a collaborative environment where you can discover where your strengths shine while supporting daily operations. You will be part of creating products that matter, with the potential to launch a career in manufacturing, quality, or engineering.
