About the Role
Join our dynamic manufacturing support team of operators who are cross-trained to make production more efficient and work more interesting. This role offers a unique opportunity to learn new skills and understand how work flows across departments within a collaborative environment.
Operators are trained to work in four different areas: Assembly, Lapping, Conveyance, and Shipping/Receiving. You will be part of a stable, team-based culture that values collaboration and innovation. While manufacturing experience is preferred, we provide comprehensive training for those eager to grow their careers. This is a non-exempt position with pay starting at $21.00 per hour.
