You will learn new skills and understand how work flows across departments within a collaborative environment.
As an operator, you will be trained to work in four different areas: Assembly, Lapping, Conveyance, and Shipping/Receiving. This cross-training opportunity allows you to develop a comprehensive understanding of our manufacturing processes while contributing to a stable, team-based culture that values collaboration and innovation.
