About the Role
Join our dynamic manufacturing support team of operators who are cross-trained to make production more efficient and work more interesting. This role is designed for individuals who are hardworking, dedicated, and eager to grow their careers. You will learn new skills and understand how work flows across departments within a collaborative environment.
As an operator, you will be trained to work in four different areas: Assembly, Lapping, Conveyance, and Shipping/Receiving. This cross-training opportunity allows you to develop a comprehensive understanding of our manufacturing processes while contributing to a stable, team-based culture that values collaboration and innovation.

Requirements
