Join our dynamic manufacturing support team of operators who are cross-trained to make production more efficient and work more interesting. In this non-exempt position, you will be trained to work across four different areas: Assembly, Lapping, Conveyance, and Shipping/Receiving. This role is designed for those eager to learn new skills, understand how work flows across departments, and become part of a collaborative work environment.
You will read and execute shop order requirements, follow standardized manufacturing procedures, and perform quality checks to ensure customer expectations are met. The day-to-day involves operating standard hand tools, presses, pneumatic tools, gauges, test equipment, hoists, and other machinery, as well as accurately interpreting blueprints.
