Join our dynamic manufacturing support team of operators dedicated to making production more efficient and work more interesting. This role offers a unique opportunity to learn new skills and understand how work flows across departments within a collaborative environment. You will be cross-trained to work in four different areas: Assembly, Lapping, Conveyance, and Shipping/Receiving.
As a member of this team, you will execute shop order requirements, follow standardized manufacturing procedures, and perform quality checks to ensure customer expectations are met. You will operate standard hand tools, presses, pneumatic tools, gauges, test equipment, and hoists, interpreting blueprints to perform your job functions accurately. This is a non-exempt position designed for those who are hardworking, dedicated, and eager to grow their career.
