In this position, you will be cross-trained to work across four distinct areas: Assembly, Lapping, Conveyance, and Shipping/Receiving. This structure allows you to learn new skills, understand how work flows across departments, and contribute to a stable, supportive environment. Whether you are reading shop orders, operating machinery, or performing quality checks, your work directly contributes to innovative solutions that save lives and reduce emissions.
