About the Role
As a Manufacturing Supervisor, you will provide the leadership and direction necessary to attain daily and monthly operations goals. This role is pivotal in driving continuous improvement across safety, quality, delivery, and productivity. You will directly lead an operations team, managing the production floor to ensure full compliance with safety guidelines while facilitating workflow for optimal efficiency.
Beyond daily operations, you will serve as a conduit between operations, HR, quality, engineering, marketing, and supply chain teams. Your mission is to inspire, develop, and retain passionate people, fostering a collaborative environment where the team works as one unit to continue the success Jones is built on. You will be responsible for recruiting, selecting, and orienting new members, while also coaching existing staff to achieve excellence and identify future leaders.
