About the Role
The Production Supervisor is the cornerstone of the Winchester team's daily operations, assigning and overseeing production tasks while collaborating with maintenance, quality, and supply chain departments to optimize workflow. This role exists to ensure that Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Costs are rigorously monitored to meet site-specific metrics. The supervisor drives productivity improvements, reduces unplanned deviations, and focuses on enhancing first-pass quality while ensuring labs operate under strict GMP conditions and SOPs.
In this dynamic environment, you will support a comprehensive continuous training program for shift employees and work collectively with Production Managers, Planners, Technical Writers, and Process Tech Leaders to meet timelines. The position offers meaningful work in a fast-paced setting where every dose counts toward a patient's health.
