About the Role
The Manufacturing Project Planner serves as the guardian of manufacturing master data within our enterprise systems. This role is critical for ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of data that drives production planning, procurement, costing, inventory management, quality, and reporting. You will act as the bridge between engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain teams, validating complex BOM structures and routings before production release. Your work ensures that the data supporting our operational excellence initiatives is robust, compliant, and ready for the demands of complex manufacturing environments.

- check_circleConduct routine audits and data quality checks to identify and resolve discrepancies
- check_circlePartner with Engineering to validate BOMs and routings before production release
- check_circleSupport Manufacturing and Supply Chain teams with accurate data for production scheduling
- check_circleSupport ERP system implementations, upgrades, and data migration initiatives
- check_circleIdentify opportunities to improve data workflows and increase automation
- check_circleCreate, maintain, and control manufacturing master data including BOMs, routings, and item masters
Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's degree in engineering, information systems, business, or related field
- verified5+ years of experience with manufacturing master data
- verifiedStrong understanding of ERP systems (SAP, S/4HANA)
- verifiedProficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, data validation)
- verifiedSuccessful completion of drug screen and background check
Nice to Have
Experience in complex manufacturing (aerospace, automotive, industrial, or regulated environments). Knowledge of MES or PLM systems. Experience working in engineering change management processes. Lean manufacturing or Six Sigma exposure. Experience supporting ERP implementations or large-scale data cleanup initiatives.
