Shift & Pay Details

This contract role offers a potential for permanent conversion. Compensation includes a $1.25 shift differential for the following schedules:

• 2nd Shift: 3pm–11pm, Monday–Friday
• 3rd Shift: 10pm–6am, Sunday–Thursday

The pay range is $22.00–$25.00 per hour, depending on experience.

About the Role

As an Injection Molding Machine Operator, you will produce high-quality plastic components from resin pellets for both internal and external customers. This position is vital for maintaining production standards and ensuring that finished parts meet rigorous quality specifications.

In this role, you will monitor and inspect presses, perform second operations such as clipping, gating, or sorting, and handle materials through various stages including baking and packaging. You will collaborate closely with setup technicians to troubleshoot machine issues and work with materials handlers to ensure inventory replenishment. The role requires strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), safety protocols, and quality policies, including ISO standards.
