The Industrial Engineer is the catalyst for operational excellence within our manufacturing operations, specifically driving productivity improvements for circuit breaker and instrument transformer production lines. This role exists to bridge the gap between engineering design and shop-floor reality, ensuring that our processes are not only safe and high-quality but also efficient and scalable.
You will be a key partner to production and engineering teams, implementing Lean principles to eliminate waste and enhance overall manufacturing performance. From designing critical manufacturing fixtures to leading Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA), your work directly impacts throughput and cost savings. This is a hands-on, Gemba-oriented position where you will spend significant time on the shop floor, collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve process issues and lead continuous improvement initiatives like Kaizen events.

Experience designing fixtures, jigs, or tooling for manufacturing processes. Knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems and CAD, SolidWorks. Experience with Power BI, Minitab, or other data analysis tools. Hands-on mindset with strong presence on the shop floor (Gemba-oriented). Ability to lead Kaizen events and continuous improvement workshops.
