About the Role
As a Manufacturing Engineer II, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing the manufacturing processes and methods required for a premier HVAC manufacturing facility. This role exists to drive continuous improvement by overseeing and managing large capital projects that increase plant capacity, reduce costs, improve productivity, minimize job hazards, and enhance product quality. You will also develop and implement department standards and policies while providing training, coaching, and support across the organization.
