About the Role

The Managing Scientist serves as a pivotal bridge between technical soil science and business growth. In this role, you will provide project technical support and supervision in both field and office environments while driving division growth and leading client engagement across multiple sectors. Your mission is to ensure the highest standards of soil science and agronomic expertise across all project work, specifically focusing on wastewater land application systems and other regulated sites.

You will work at the intersection of soil chemical reactions, microbiology, fertility, and water dynamics to develop practical, cost-effective systems that meet state and federal water quality protection requirements. This position requires strong customer service capabilities and a commitment to understanding and meeting customer needs. You will collaborate with soil chemical reactions, soil microbiology, and soil fertility in nutrient cycling and cropping to design natural treatment components. As a leader, you will communicate with supervisors, clients, farmers, and contractors to develop meaningful proposals and manage resources to deliver high-quality projects on time and on budget. This position reports to the Senior Global Director – Water Solutions.
