About the Role
We are seeking an experienced IT Training Manager to spearhead our IT training life cycle. This role is designed to ensure a robust technical learning environment that maximizes technology capability for both IT professionals and end-users. You will drive the strategic direction of our training initiatives, conducting needs analysis and developing comprehensive programs that address critical skill gaps.
In this position, you will manage skills development processes and lead competency development for our staff. You will collaborate closely with IT leadership to prioritize training needs, oversee curriculum and courseware development, and measure training ROI. The ideal candidate will not only manage the training lifecycle but also mentor supervisors and project leads, ensuring our organization remains at the forefront of technical education.
