The Manager – Engineering position serves as a tactical leader responsible for overseeing the development, enhancement, and maintenance of CSI's software products. This role ensures the team is properly staffed, trained, and equipped with the necessary tools to meet OKRs and perform within approved budgets. You will drive day-to-day decision-making, assign work to meet service targets, and provide estimates for schedules and needs.
In this capacity, you will foster a culture of continual improvement and problem-solving while upholding company policies, procedures, and values. The role requires active participation in Sprint, Design, and various development meetings to ensure cross-team collaboration and the timely delivery of software changes. You will be the bridge between technical execution and functional goals, ensuring productivity expectations are met and deadlines are achieved.
