About the Role
This position is designed for the inquisitive and resourceful professional who relates well to all people. You will partner with the sales team to understand customer needs and craft the best package of services, ranging from data and voice to security, IT, mobility, and professional managed services. Your focus will be on the technical aspect of solutions for new business customers, with the goal of delivering the best technical solutions alongside exceptional customer service.
In this mobile role, you will primarily work from customer or field locations, with occasional visits to a Verizon location for in-person training and meetings. Based in Denver, Colorado, or Minneapolis, Minnesota, you will support the SMB Team by developing solutions, designing architectures, establishing business cases, and managing technical program plans. Your active listening and analytical mentality will ensure customers feel they have what they need to move forward, translating complex technical value into language everyone can understand.
