About the Role
We are seeking a Radiology Technologist Manager to join the team at UCHealth Poudre Valley Hospital in Fort Collins, Colorado. In this onsite role within the PVH BDC department, you will assist the Radiology Manager in providing leadership at the department level to enhance patient safety and optimize quality patient outcomes.
You will assume delegated responsibility for the oversight of unit operations and professional practice standards. This position requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment. You will serve as a role model for staff, demonstrating effective communication and problem-solving techniques while providing direct patient care. Your day will involve coaching and developing staff, evaluating performance, and collaborating with radiology leadership to meet educational needs and maintain continuity of care.
