About the Opportunity
Robert Half Finance & Accounting has partnered with a dynamic and growing environmental manufacturing organization to identify a strategic Manager of Financial Reporting & Compliance. This is a high-impact leadership role designed for an experienced accounting professional who thrives in technical accounting, external reporting, audit coordination, and compliance oversight.
The ideal candidate will bring a strong foundation in U.S. GAAP and a passion for driving transparency, operational excellence, and continuous improvement. In this position, you will serve as a primary liaison with external auditors, manage audit processes and timelines, and present findings directly to senior leadership. The role offers high visibility, the opportunity to influence compliance strategy, and broad exposure across technical accounting and operational risk within a collaborative, growth-oriented culture.
Work Environment & Compensation
The client offers a hybrid work schedule, a competitive annual salary, and a 15-20% annual bonus. The position includes excellent benefits and requires travel up to 25% (approximately one week per month).
