About the Role

As a Manager of Manufacturing, you will serve as the operational backbone of our production facilities, leading the team that brings complex defense systems to life. This role exists to bridge the gap between strategic program goals and the day-to-day realities of the shop floor. You will not only oversee daily activities but also drive a culture of operational excellence, ensuring that every component meets the rigorous standards required for national security and aerospace innovation.

In this position, you will foster a collaborative environment where continuous improvement is the norm. Your day will involve balancing the demands of production schedules with the need for quality and safety, while working closely with Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to navigate new product introductions. You will be responsible for developing the next generation of manufacturing leaders, coaching supervisors and technicians to achieve high-performance outcomes. Ultimately, your work ensures that Saab delivers on its promise of on-time, high-quality delivery in a highly innovative and dynamic industry.
