About the Role
The Manager in Training (MIT) / Store Manager Trainee program is designed to prepare you to manage your own store. This role is a unique opportunity to run a business without owning it, offering the freedom to build your own book of business while utilizing foundational resources to support your team and growth.
As a future Store Manager, your impact is twofold. For your employees, you will nurture their passion for helping others, actively helping them build their careers and skill sets to ensure professional and financial growth. The goal of this on-site training program is to equip you to foster an engaging and inclusive work environment that translates into an amazing customer experience. You will learn to manage all aspects of daily store operations, from maintaining a safe and clean environment to overseeing inventory control, financials, and marketing initiatives.

- check_circleDirect security, cash handling, financials, marketing, and legal compliance activities
Requirements
- verified2-4 years of supervisory or management experience in a retail environment
