About the Role

As a Manager in Training, you will learn the fundamentals of club operations while directly driving member sales and delivering a high-energy club experience. This role is designed for highly motivated, outgoing individuals who want to work where they work out. You will develop the skills needed to advance into leadership, requiring a strong sales mindset and the ability to motivate both team members and members.

Your day will involve actively engaging with prospective and current members, ensuring a positive experience for all club visitors, and supporting all aspects of daily operations, including staff scheduling and facility cleanliness. You will also assist in developing and coaching front-line staff to ensure team performance and adherence to Crunch standards. A key part of your schedule includes Sunday production to support the club's busiest times and member needs.
