The Manager, Distribution Strategy is a pivotal commercial partner dedicated to evolving how JetBlue's products reach the market. This role exists to ensure JetBlue's fares, ancillaries, and bundles are effectively and efficiently sold across all channels, driving revenue growth and enhancing the customer experience. You will navigate complex industry developments to optimize channel profitability and operational efficiency.
In this position, you will act as a strategic bridge between Revenue Management, Sales, Digital Commerce, Finance, and Technology. Your day-to-day involves collaborating with these internal teams to deliver initiatives that strengthen JetBlue's competitive position. You will evaluate new distribution models, manage relationships with GDS and OTA partners, and analyze performance data to inform senior leadership decisions.

Master's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience. Strong understanding of airline distribution, including NDC, GDS, and direct-connect strategies. Experience working in a commercial airline function such as Sales, Revenue Management, or Distribution. Ability to navigate complex industry landscapes and advocate for commercial improvements. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on revenue impact and operational efficiency. Excellent communication and negotiation skills for managing external partners and internal stakeholders. Knowledge of the airline industry.
