This role sits within the in-house Customer Insights and Analytics (CIA) team, specifically the Brand Analytics and Customer Research (BACR) unit. As a Manager of Customer Insights, you will serve as a consultant to important partners across Hilton, supporting our Customers, Brands, Marketing, Revenue, Sales, and executive leadership teams.
You will be the team's primary contact between Hilton and our platform provider, managing the daily operations of our proprietary insights community. Your day-to-day involves creating and managing an ongoing calendar of research requests, field periods, and metrics, while ensuring appropriate methodology, panel integrity, and member engagement.
Beyond community management, you will lead quantitative and qualitative research projects related to brands, marketing, digital assets, loyalty programs, and customer experience. You will collaborate with internal partners, external research vendors, and secondary research resources to connect insights and drive decision-making. You will also participate in the Researcher Roundtable, an internal group of research professionals who meet monthly to share expertise and build connections among teams.

BA/BS (Bachelor's Degree). One year of work experience with data analytics. Two (2) years of experience in CPG, Retail, Travel/Hospitality, or Consulting industries.
Skills: Data Analytics, Market Research, Consumer Research, Quantitative Research, Qualitative Research.
Education: BA/BS (Bachelor's Degree) preferred.
