About the Role
The Manager is the heartbeat of our front-of-house operations, dedicated to the "DOOR, FLOOR, DOOR!" philosophy. This role ensures efficient, friendly service and profitable operations by managing the entire guest experience. You will be the cultural compass of the restaurant, influencing the energy, service, and hospitality that define our brand.
Your day involves more than just oversight; you will personally greet and seat guests, resolve complaints with a polite and effective manner, and step in to support servers, cooks, and cashiers during unexpected absences or high-volume rushes. You will foster a positive team atmosphere that encourages accountability, treating every employee with fairness and respect while leading with commitment and passion.
Financial stewardship is a key pillar of this position. You will assist in achieving financial goals through accurate reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. By analyzing variances and initiating corrective actions, you will help develop initiatives to build sales, profitability, and guest counts. Additionally, you will collaborate with the sales and executive teams to promote and host public and private events.
