The Manager, Accounting - Corporate Initiatives and Special Projects is a key member of a highly visible and impactful team. This role focuses on enterprise and segment strategic and value creation initiatives, requiring extensive collaboration with external stakeholders and internal cross-functional teams. The position exists to support business and executive leadership in planning and execution, serving as a bridge between departmental responsibilities.
Success in this role demands the ability to flourish in rapidly evolving environments. The Manager will act as an ambassador for external consultants, directing their work, reviewing deliverables, and providing strategic direction. You will be responsible for formulating detailed project plans, reporting status and results to senior leadership, and engaging stakeholders across functions such as FP&A, Tax, Treasury, Legal, and Global Technology to support critical initiatives.
