Benny's Big Time in Wilmington, NC is seeking a dedicated Manager to join our team on 206 Greenfield St. We are looking for an individual who is attentive, punctual, and deeply engaged with a strong interest in food and beverage.
About the Role
As a Manager, you will lead our team to deliver fast, friendly, and accurate service while maintaining high standards for product quality, cleanliness, maintenance, and security. You will be responsible for training, coaching, and developing employees, delegating tasks effectively, and holding the team accountable for their performance. Additionally, you will manage staffing and scheduling to control labor costs, oversee proper cash handling and deposit procedures, and ensure inventory and ordering systems are functioning correctly.
