About the Role

The Spa Attendant serves as the welcoming face of our resort's wellness sanctuary, ensuring every guest experiences a seamless and relaxing journey from arrival to departure. This role is dedicated to maintaining the immaculate condition of the Male private lounge, locker areas, fitness center, and spa facilities, creating an environment where personal service thrives.

As a highly visible team member, you will be the first point of contact for guests, guiding them through their spa experience with professionalism and warmth. Your day involves greeting visitors, managing locker assignments, and issuing robes and slippers. You will escort guests to their service areas, including manicure and pedicure stations, while monitoring schedules to ensure punctuality. Beyond logistics, you play a vital role in guest safety and comfort by directing the proper use of whirlpools, saunas, and steam rooms, and by maintaining the fitness center equipment in pristine working condition.

Attention to detail is paramount in this position. You will conduct regular walk-throughs to ensure all areas are spotless and orderly, replenishing stock levels of towels, toiletries, beverages, and amenities. Whether assisting guests with supplies or suggesting additional treatments, your goal is to provide courteous, personalized service while upholding the highest standards of privacy and respect for every individual.
