How It Works

The process is simple: log in to the Gopuff Driver app from your local facility, pick up trip offers, and deliver directly to happy customers. You will be delivering from a familiar, centralized facility rather than individual restaurants, eliminating the need to coordinate with riders.

Compensation & Benefits

As an independent contractor, you earn an upfront amount for every order delivered, even if an order is canceled by the customer. You keep 100% of your tips and can earn extra through special incentives. Additionally, you can earn Wait Pay when you schedule your time with us, though this varies by market.

Getting Started

No previous delivery experience is required to sign up. To begin, you must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid U.S. driver's license. You will need a vehicle with insurance and registration in your name, as well as a smartphone with a data and text plan. In applicable markets, you must also be willing and able to pass a pre-paid alcohol delivery training course.

Employment Model

Delivery Driver Partners operate as independent contractors. You will use your own reliable car, smartphone, and data plan. While we encourage drivers from other delivery, gig, or ridesharing services to join, this role is accessible to anyone meeting the basic requirements.
