About the Role
As a Maintenance Worker, you will demonstrate entry-level knowledge of basic building maintenance and trade support, including electrical, plumbing, masonry, custodial, carpentry, painting, doors, roofs, and golf carts. This position provides services for single or multiple locations within a District, ensuring that company standards of cleanliness and appearance are met or exceeded in offices, restrooms, exterior areas, and storage units.
You will monitor the physical condition of facilities, report maintenance requirements, and perform minor nonstructural repairs. The role requires a general knowledge of site management, including customer service skills and daily operational knowledge, while maintaining a safe environment for employees and customers.
