About the Role

As a Seasonal Full Time team member at Point Sebago Resort, you will be the face of the resort, offering courteous and professional service to all internal and external guests. This role exists to maintain the resort's preventative maintenance program and ensure a positive guest experience by owning problems and taking them to resolution.

In this position, you will conduct routine inspections of the premises and equipment, handling basic minor repairs and maintenance under the guidance of the Maintenance Supervisor or Lead. You will maintain a steady work pace with fellow team members, following all operational and safety procedures while assisting in special projects as required. Success in this role requires the ability to remain calm and professional under high-stress situations, maintain focus while working individually, and apply an analytical and creative approach to problem-solving.
