About the Role
Join our team in Timberville, VA, to cultivate your career while helping to maintain the assets that keep our operations running safely and efficiently. In this role, you will utilize maintenance and reliability practices to ensure all equipment is maintained in safe condition, extending the life of the machinery used in our facilities. You will complete preventative, predictive, and reactive industrial maintenance with limited direction, leveraging your knowledge of standard maintenance tools and your experience in specific trades such as electrical, welding, pipefitting, or mechanical systems.
You will be responsible for modifying electrical or mechanical schematics, blueprints, and operation manuals to install and repair equipment. Documentation of completed work and conditions found is a key part of the job, requiring you to interact regularly with peers and management to pursue continuous improvement of facility operations. This position operates on the 2nd shift and requires the ability to work flexible hours.
